In my role as Product Manager, I took charge of analyzing Google Analytics data to enhance the FloodIt! mobile game's user experience. Leveraging my expertise in setting up and interpreting GA4 reports, I conducted a thorough analysis of user behavior and identified opportunities for improvement.

Using Google Slides, I crafted a presentation for the leadership team, detailing our findings and recommendations. I delved into understanding the current user base, their behaviors within the game, and potential segments exhibiting different behaviors. By tracking changes over time and pinpointing areas of engagement issues, I outlined key performance indicators for future monitoring.
