As the Product Manager for Two Birds, One Stone Publishing's ebook platform turnaround project, I spearheaded the comprehensive plan to revitalize our digital presence. Leveraging my newly acquired design thinking skills and frameworks, I meticulously assessed the strengths and weaknesses of our ebook business. By applying persona development and prioritizing customer focus, I devised a strategic turnaround plan aimed at increasing digital ebook sales by 11% by year's end.
In collaboration with the leadership team, I led efforts to update and expand our ebook titles and categories, enhance the functionality of our ebook platform, refine our target customer segments, optimize pricing strategies, and craft compelling messaging. Despite the challenges of transitioning from print to digital, I saw this project as a significant opportunity to position an established player successfully in the digital arena.
